Hi, I'm Selah, the baker behind Just Baked.

What began as a small cake business in 2021, eventually led me through Guam Community College, professional kitchen experience, and Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where I earned diplomas in both Pâtisserie and Boulangerie.

While I always enjoyed pastry, it was during my bread studies in Paris that I discovered a true passion for breadmaking. The process, patience, and craftsmanship behind every loaf inspired a new direction for Just Baked.

Today, Just Baked is a licensed home bakery based in Guam specializing in focaccia and shokupan. My goal is to continue growing as a baker, sharing thoughtfully made bread with my community, and one day teaching others through bread and baking classes.
